I will be arriving from an international flight into LHR T5, and need to get to the Yotel in T4, how would I go about doing this, I assume I need to clear customs and catch a bus?

How long should I plan for getting out of T5 (passing immigration) and into T4, and the opposite, clearing security back into T5?
