I would drop Alaska Listens a note. They may not even be aware it is taking that long and it is fixable. Seems silly in this day and age it wouldn't be instantaneous.
I second the suggestion. Let AS Customer Service know that it is potentially causing problems for business travelers.

I, too, like to submit expenses right away, just to avoid the possibility of misplacing receipts, etc. I usually submit them the next day. Fortunately, my employee doesn't require receipts for meals below $20, but I still usually include them.
