5 days is definitely a long time. My company allows us to turn in a printout of the credit card charge from the website for missing/lost receipts. Not sure if that is an option?

I would drop Alaska Listens a note. They may not even be aware it is taking that long and it is fixable. Seems silly in this day and age it wouldn't be instantaneous.
