Didn't fly CX but I did a UL flight between HKG-CMB via Bangkok. GAs do ask for your BP before ebteribg the terminal therefore not worth the risk of being refused entry (they may suspect you wanting to seek asylum and theb overstay when it gets turned down).

Also they do count how many people left the plane and will do a check uf numvers don't match.
