I don't know what the time frame for reconfiguration of the 330 is, but much like the 777's until sufficient airframes are flying, they are holding off with the loading and selling of PY to avoid involuntary downgrades and Customer disappointment.
It's virtually impossible to dedicate one particular aircraft to a route - especially when there are only 8 in the fleet.
777's were only programmed to sell 40J despite many aircraft still configured to 42J in the event of an aircraft swap.
