Can anyone help

We are flying LHR to SYD on Nov 20 in WT+, have been trying to upgrade CW using AVIOS but BA wont allow it because the ticket was bought via a TA.

So my questions are

1/ Will my ticket be eligible for a POUG if any are offered?
2/ Can I AUP for cash? and if I can will I have to buy 2 upgrades, 1 for LHR to SIN then another for SIN to SYD or can i just purchase LHR to SYD? and would anybody have any idea of the cost of the AUP?
