Was a bit of a farce, we had 1h30m connection (LHR-CGK-DPS).
Had a remote gate at T2, that took 20 minutes for the bus to arrive, immigration was a two minute affair but then we had to walk to the transfer bus (you have to collect luggage as well if necessary, thankfully we didn't), took 15 minutes. Waited 10 minutes for the transfer bus which got lost (he did two u-turns) and took 20 minutes to get to T3. We arrived in T3 security at 18:25 for our 18:30 departure.
Security was a non-entity then a dash to the gate to find boarding hadn't started. Boarded about 5 minutes later... onto another bus to take us back to Terminal 2 to a stand about 10 metres way from where we got the transfer bus...
Hopefully this will be sorted out soon enough when they move everything to Terminal 3 but in the meantime be prepared for some hassle, though of course the domestic connection was effectively held for all the transfers anyway.
That sounds hectic

, but glad to hear that you made it. My connection experience was quite similar (SUB-CGK-SYD), but easier than yours because I didn't need to collect my luggage. I didn't need to wait for the transfer buses either.
