Actually, you can take metrorail to Government Center station and go down on the grounds levels. You look for taxis. They will take you there. It's very easy to use.

Right! Tri-Rail is a right choice for me. I went MIA to see my friends. We went onto ramp tour. He gave me a escort badge. We saw 777-300ER, 787-9 Dreamliner, 747-400F, MD-11, DC-10, and etc. I remember Miami Airport and I remember the old airlines ticket counter. This is where they used to be. I haven't been at MIA for over a decade. I am very good memory.
