And it was a straightforward IB longhaul retimed by 20 hours for technical reasons. It looks like IB got legal advice that this wasn't worth fighting (indeed I would have been intrigued to find out what grounds they would have used in defence) so perhaps a case where the solicitor saved IB some time and money.
