Hello,

I was looking at some options for a future trip from MSP-AKL, and I saw that using ANA is 120K vs. United 140K. However I'm having some issues using the ANA website - mainly if I search for a business award, even if it says seats available, I always get the following message after selecting eligible dates:

"The class you selected is not available or no setting. Please select another class or change your criteria, and retry your search again.
Please select another class or change your criteria, and retry your search again. (Error Code:E_A01P01_0007)"

Any idea why this happens?

Also a couple other things:

1) Since the flights are on United, will I get hit with a fuel surcharge?

2) Is there anyway to do seat selection on United if I go through ANA, or do I have to go through United directly?
