Isn't the *A points upgrade pretty useless in reality? At least in some programs it only works on full Y ticket, which is more expensive than a revenue business saver.
Y to C upgrades yes, but if you already have a slightly more expensive C ticket you could upgrade to F. Never done it, but the fact that there isn't even the possibility to do it is poor. I still think OW in general is better than *A.
