If the office pays directly your father won't get night/points credit, as that's considered "direct bill". If your dad pays then he will get credit.
Also, RI is one of the 2 brands where the points are only 5/$ spent, vs. 10/$ spent at other brands.
Once he gets his status, then the bonus points will kick in.
