I think I sweated it out while waiting at immigration! When I asked for each drink I asked for I also asked for bottle of water which kept the headache away. Thankfully BA still give out a full bottle in F unlike other parts of there service!

We were 6 hours in the lounge and 6.5 in the air So what about 1 or 2 an hour.
