That's a good point, though obviously some people have an Amex Plat card not just to make Amex FHR bookings.

Actually, Travel Leaders Select includes >50% more Fairmont hotels than Virutoso (and almost twice as many hotels compared with Amex FHR).

And I hardly communicate with anyone by phone - 99% of my clients are quite comfortable with communicating via PM / e-mail.
