Room and suite upgrade certs: yes, definitely

3rd night free and free night certs: yes, however the hotel technically is not required to offer any benefits (e.g. breakfast) during the night you're using the free night cert (people have had various success with getting benefits on the free night; if you get comp. breakfast: great; but don't necessarily expect it)
