Yes - but through Customers to YYZ would have to connect @ YOW on a Rapidair flight.
This is also similar to select GRU flights being routed through GIG this month to accommodate high Olympic demand traffic.
In some cases flights have operated YYZ-GIG-GRU and others have operated YYZ-GIG and ferry to GRU in addition to the regular AC098 GIG flights.
