BA are GREAT when you have a wonderful crew who are engaged and really enjoy their job. And thankfully, that happens quite a lot.

BA are GREAT when the cabin crew person gives you two doubles without asking for them.

BA are GREAT in giving us a nice lounge to wait in before a flight with free food and as much free drink as you want.

Amongst the positives there are of course negatives. But that is the same with every airline.
