Do you ever stop to consider how much you're paying in random fees at airport locations? I hadn't until recently.

I was scoping out a month-long rental in Missouri and was shocked when I saw the final pricing with fees out of Kansas City (MCI) vs St. Louis (STL). See below and brace yourself:
