I am drawing data from a cache of recent reservations that is provided by a Global Distribution System (the specifics are confidential as per a non-disclosure agreement). Unfortunately, their data limitations are dependent on who books flight on their system. In this case, its mostly Americans, leaving the data some room for improvement for non-US based users. If I find alternate data sources for flights that originate outside of the US I will let you know!
