Can I still open a Serve act & spend $1K/mo on Amex MR card?
I'm having trouble finding the answer to this on the MS forum...

I know that a lot of people have had their Serve accounts closed/blocked from excessive or "unusual" activity, but is it still possible & moderately safe to open a new Serve account & load $1000/month in $200/day increments from an Amex credit card to meet a minimum spend requirement?
