I'd certainly consider a used Briggs & Riley bag if it looked clean and the price was right. B&R bags have a lifetime warranty with no receipt required, so the warranty effectively transfers to the new owner. If the previous owner mistreated the bag to the point that a weakened wheel or handle or zipper breaks for you, the repair or replacement should be free.
