I saw nothing wrong with the use of the private jets to help with the backlog of passengers. It gets the HVC where they need to go quickly and opens up seats for the rest of us. It's a win/win IMO.
But that's where you're falling into DL's marketing ploy. Nobody can prove this really happened, and DL clearly selected only a handful of HVC to give this to IF it did happen. How many passengers did this really clear from the backlog?
