The majority of 360's and DM's are extremely successful and wealthy individuals. They don't get there by being rational. They are savvy, competitive, and ruthless. If they've been stranded and can't get to their destination, but then DL promotes a video where others in their same tier status were hand picked and given a private jet, these individuals will be furious. You must not know many truly successful people.
All that I know keep ego in check. All that I know would never base their self worth on some plastic card that an airline assigns to them.
It is sad that so many on here do. Must be some empty lives to base so much worth on a marketing scheme.
Reading through the threads, a choir of 3 or 4 seem to be the anti-DL choir this week. Perhaps I could recommend some charities with which to work or some community foundations that might give a real sense of worth.
DL is a corporation with one primary goal of shareholder value...not a lover, partner, or spouse.
With empty lives and empty minds, I am so glad that I am in the marketing business....there is A LOT more money to be made.
