When MCT is not an issue, can also be that BA.com doesn't show AA flights that are not code share?

I had similar differences some weeks ago trying to construct a multi-city route on BA.com from one found on AA.com. A lot of LAS-LAX flight were missing from the offered options (and MCT was not involved)
