What did I do wrong? I called Hyatt Reservations. They say the only way to do it right is to make bookings in my colleagues names. They need to stay there. Get the invoice as they check-out to prove it was paid with my credit card. Give the invoices to me. Scan and email to
[email protected] to get points.
That is an elaborate process..... (I did it, but if this is truly the only way Hyatt allows it, they have fallen way behind SPG and Hilton in this area. Why are they making it so hard for people like me that want to give them additional business?)
