Cool. That's good to know. I'm starting to get a little scared about doing too many BPs to Chase. Most of my spend is already 5X, better to not give them any additional reasons to shut me down.
I've never heard that you can pay the individual bank directly. I've only heard about paying the issuers (so Visa or Mastercard). You are lucky to have a high CL with those cards if you really could do 10 Billpays to the same card on the same trip.
