I'm not surprised that DFW-California bistros have been snuffed. I see so many Northern Californian organic, fair-trade, shade-grown, hormone-free, lemongrass-flavored tofu eaters

1) fish out and eat the baby carrots;
2) grimace and throw the potato chips on the floor;
3) sniff at and reject the sandwich; and
4) file away the brownie in order to decide about it later.

The new policy does, however, look like cruel and unusual punishment for folks on flights >4 hours.
