Terminal A at DEN has a place called Mesa Verde on the top level. They serve up Colorado Mexican food - similar to New Mexico/Mexican food. Lots of green chiles, etc; They do up a buffalo cheeseburger with green chiles that's really worth going out of your way for. They also have good wi-fi. Prices are very reasonable for airport food. When I'm at DEN, I go there rather than the airport clubs.
