My friend's SEA-YVR flight, scheduled for a Q400, was swapped out for a 737-700 leaving at the same time. Seems to also be happening with some SEA-GEG flights also. Probably room to spread out too, since there are 124 seats on a 73G versus 78 on a Q400.
