What class are you travelling in?

It would appear that you are flying in Club World (booked earlier than May) or First based on this allowance.

If that's the case you are allowed up to 32Kgs for each case, even though some parts of BA.com / MMB show it as 23Kg. You'll have no problem with up to 32Kgs each.
