I just flew TK today, on 2 x 2 hour flights (NCE-IST-TLV). Firstly, great for the 9 days as all food is milchig or Parev.

NCE - IST (lunch) - got roasted eggplant salad, hot dish of fish kebab with potato and pepper, and a sweet cake for dessert. Came with mezonot roll and crackers. It was made yesterday. Pretty good and fresh.
IST-TLV - (snack) -got smoked salmon sandwich in mezonot bread, with potato salad, chocolate cake and a bottle of home-made lemonade. Also pretty good. Also made yesterday.

Both these were in economy class. I rate this better than most of the frozen meals I had from other airports in Europe, and certainly better than food from US....
