Westins, especially River North, are nicer (been better kept up/updated) and the location is dead center. Same points category,i think.

The Sheraton is a big, high-volume convention/meetings hotel that, although not as old as the Westins, may not have been refreshed as often. I haven't stayed there in a long time so I cannot say for sure.
