Just returned from another stay. Pullman next door still has no renovated rooms, but I'll add some comments in the Pullman KLCC thread seperately.

For the first time i asked to view the other rooms in the Novotel. I have to say that if you want to stay in something just a tad "normal" - only opt for the Junior Suite.
Even the executive deluxe room, one level lower than the suite is a hideously ugly room stuck in the 1980s.
The 'nomad group' that own this property should be utterly ashamed of themselves and IMO Accor should distance themselves from this property.
This is a typical case of a property owner drawing all profits and putting in no effort into keeping standards.
Considering the Pullman next door was running at 95% occupancy last night, and the Novotel only at 70%, there must be something wrong.

(having said that, I had a good stay and from an Accor point of view they did well and I will still stay here until the Pullman has renovated rooms).
