Does buying AMEX gift cards count towards minimum spend for Hilton Surpass card?
Right now AMEX is waiving purchase fees on AMEX branded gift cards (although, there is a $8 shipping fee). I'm trying to meet the minimum spend for my AMEX Hilton Surpass card and i was wondering if purchasing these gift cards would count toward this minimum spend? Thanks.
