I can see there being passengers still waiting to travel. However as for flights departing on time/getting cancelled I highly expect that Thursday is realistic for being back at 100%. (Absent of course some freak weather or other incident)

That's probably the smart move. For all we know, there could be another system failure as they're trying to get everything back online. Data centers do not like outages and cold restarts.
