I wouldn't eat anywhere thats called "Gaucho"..

Other excellent places I love in AMS:

For the best rijsttafel in town, Sampurna where they serve an amazing 20-40 course table! For FUN dining (and pretty tasty) try Pasta e Basta. Excellent steaks at Steakhouse
