Question for y'all:

My dad is a DM, travelling today LAS-ATL-PBI. He was able to check in on the app last night, though he didn't add boarding passes to his Passbook at that time. He tried to pull up his boarding passes earlier today on the way to the airport, but his reservation wasn't showing up anymore on the app. I tried to pull up the reservation on delta.com via ticket number, but it couldn't find squat.

Anyone else experience anything like this?
