Get an adapter and a universal 110/220V power strip. That way you could plug in more than 1 things and only use 1 adapter. But also many hotels in Europe will have US type plug with 110v in their bathroom and/or at the desk area for phones and laptops. Many hotels will also let you borrow US adapters if you forgot yours.
