Definitely better than SWA, which didn't even offer their customers hotels during their meltdown on 7/20.
Tell that to lots of people at NRT who had to sleep on the floor as was mentioned upthread. I refuse to believe that Tokyo had no rooms, so their staff there clearly dropped the ball.
