If you do nothing else while in Sitges...

Eat at El Cafe De La Plata in the Marina!!

AlanW arranged dinner here for one night of the Sitges Do...and it was amazing!

Paco (the owner) and Stephan (the Chef) put together an amazing menu for us, all of which is available to anyone.

Portions are served pica pica style (like tapas). Small plates meant for sharing.

Some of my favorites were

Patatas Bravas - homemade thick cut ruffled potato chips served with garlic aioli.

Tabbouleh - Stephans recipe ..made with couscous.

Medalliones de Solomillo - Pork brochettes

Pina - Grilled pineapple topped with dill and smoked salmon.

But really ..everything was great..

and for dessert ... Pastel de Dulce de Leche - a whipped creamy concoction which really cant be described to justice. It was ..in a phrase .. to die for. FAB-U-LOUS.
