I think I've found my favorite spot for sandwiches: Gelatiamo

I've now had their sandwiches a few times and I think they beat out Specialties, Mel's and pretty much everywhere else around my little neck of the words. Today has a goat cheese, spinach and roasted pepper sandwich. They usually have 4 about 5 different kinds, pre-made.

And as a bonus you can have gelato for desert.

Another place I tried recently is Cafe Yarmarka in the market. its a little russian cafe back by the chowder place and the african goods store. Had the cheese filled pierogies, very tasty and came with some type of red sauce but I don't know what it was, almost like a non-hot hot sauce.
