The streets do get all jumbled up in that area. I tried driving down 3rd street but you can't go all the way through. I managed to find it by driving down 2nd street, then taking a left up Washington. I found some metered parking about a block up. The place is easy to miss. The storefront is only about 8 feet wide. The only reason I noticed it was the line of people coming out the door.
