Not sure if this is too late, but I found the margaritas at Cantina (its in town, not at the mountain) to be superb!!!! Half price happy hour daily!!!!

The Slopeside Grill, well, slopeside at the mountain is a great place for sfternoon cocktails while you watch the skiers and boarders whizz by.

For food, Antares is agood place for a splurge dinner. The Old Town Pub is a great casual place. Both are in town.
