Hi,

has anyone else managed to successfully UUA a travel agent booking on the website recently?

I've now tried three times in the past couple of months and each time the website goes right the way through the process, takes my payment details, and then fails at the last step advising me to contact BA.

In each case I've been able to successfully do the upgrade over the phone (albeit with the same argument each time about the GBP 30 service fee not applying!)

Just wondering if this was something specific to my account/TA or if anyone else is having the same problems
