Disconcerting inasmuch as one likes to fly on a shiny plane rather than one looking worse for wear. Not concerning enough (obviously) to not want to fly on it!
The state of the paint/livery on an aircraft has no bearing on its airworthiness.
I'm still unclear on what the relation to some paint blemishes have to do with the perception of the suitability to fly in a particular aircraft or not.
