Stayed here in June 3 nights so that we could go into the Disney parks. Super convention. The lobby and public areas of the hotel were nice and seemed updated. The room seemed outdated. It was clean though. If we were given a renovated room it didn't look as such.

There is a lounge, but we took breakfast in the restaurants. Buffet style w/ good enough selection.

Hotel let you use umbrellas for rainy days in parks.

Easy to hop on monorail to get to parks. Easy to connect to Tokyo City Center. I wouldn't stay here though to explore Tokyo proper for multiple days.
