Harlows has in effect the same owners (actually the son) and basically the same food, but I believe the big better salad bar is no more. And it is still 20 ft from a noisy highway. Sorrentos is not nearly as good as Carellis but just as expensive. A much nicer meal and nicer view with nicer prices can be had at Capische located at the Diamond Resort in Wailea.
