Roy's Kihei has good food but view-wise, you're basically in a Safeway parking lot.

Back in July we tried Capische at the Diamond Resort. Nice Italian food. Very romantic setting. Kinda expensive.

Spago at the Four Season's was good. Nice location. Kinda expensive.

Nick's Fishmarket was good too. Kinda expensive.

My wife and I always like Joe's Bar & Grill. Probably comparable to Roy's in price. Much nicer setting than Roy's though. Good food but not as good as Roy's in my opinion.
