It's not exactly fine dining - fast food, actually - but in the Uwajimaya Asian grocery in the International District there are several small Filipino, Thai, and other Asian restaurants. So if you have a craving for pansit, there's at least one place to go.

Uwajimaya also has a wide variety of good boxed sushi, as well as a very extensive selection of seafood, Asian produce, and Asian grocery items.
