Indeed.... I remember a HP stay back in 2013 after they launched the Hyatt Has It initiative....was surprised, when asking for toothpaste, to be given the option of paying for a small tube or taking a complimentary tear packet of toothpaste.
I was staying at the HP Auburn Hills and witnessed a guy standing at the front desk peruse the Hyatt Has It menu as if he was trying to decide which freebie he wanted. He settled on the sewing kit.
It was only the 3rd strangest thing I've seen happen while I was staying there
